I was alone for Christmas Eve because of Covid (don't want to kill my parents), so I took some mushrooms and subsequently some acid and had quite a day. My buddy Mike Brown called me about 4PM absolutely enthralled by a song he'd just heard, and said he was on his way over to make a remix. It was my first time hearing Brushy One String, and I just love him, the song, the spirit, the positivity in such a harrowing climate—the whole damn thing, so we made it happen. I honestly can't believe I managed to operate my computer under the circumstances, but it all came together. Might get taken down, but fuck it; I had to put it up. All the love for this Christmas after a wild ass year.
